Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of attractionpilotai.com, including its forms and demos. The site is operated by DaRider Tech LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as AttractionPilot AI ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our services

AttractionPilot AI provides AI phone and chat assistants, follow-up, review requests, reporting and related services to businesses. Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement with each business. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and confirmed in writing before any purchase.

Demos and sample screens

• Sample screens on this site show how features look. Names, numbers, messages and results in them are made up for illustration. They are not live data and are not a promise of specific results.
• Demos. The sample call on this site is a recording. Live demo calls happen only in meetings, through a private link, and connect you to an AI assistant, not a person. It can make mistakes, so confirm anything important with us in writing. Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as payment card or health details, in a demo.
• Demos may be limited, changed or turned off at any time.
• The privacy policy explains how demo conversations are handled.

AI assistants

AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong. The businesses that use our service decide what information their assistant gives and remain responsible for their own prices, policies and bookings. Our assistants identify themselves as AI and can hand conversations to staff.

Text messages and email

Texts are sent only to people who opted in to a specific business's messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is never required to make a purchase. Emails include an unsubscribe link.

Acceptable use

When using the site or demos, you agree not to:

• break the law or anyone's rights;
• try to get around security, usage limits or access controls, or overload the site or demos;
• use automated tools to scrape the site or run demo calls;
• try to make the AI assistant produce harmful, misleading or abusive content, or impersonate someone else.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Our content

The site's text, design, graphics, videos and code belong to DaRider Tech LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party software notices remain with that software.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other sites, such as pricing sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Savings and revenue figures you calculate on the site are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DaRider Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or demos. Our total liability for any claim about the site or demos is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
