Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information AttractionPilot AI collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. AttractionPilot AI is operated by DaRider Tech LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions or requests: [email protected].
Who this policy covers
- Visitors to attractionpilotai.com, including anyone who fills in a form or watches our recorded sample call.
- Businesses that use our service (venues such as attractions, party venues and mall shops) and their staff.
- Guests of those businesses who call, chat, message or text a venue's AI assistant, or who receive texts or emails from a venue through our service.
When we run an AI assistant, texting or email for a venue, we do it on that venue's behalf and follow its instructions. The venue decides why guest information is collected, and its own privacy notice also applies. If you are a guest and want to see, fix or delete your information, you can ask the venue or ask us, and we will help.
Information we collect
- What you send us through the website. When you send our venue-check or custom-request form, what you typed (such as your name, business name, role, email address, phone number, and details about your venue and the tools you use) is stored securely with our hosting provider so we can reply. We don't store your IP address with your submission. If a form can't send, you can email us instead.
- Private demo calls. Our public website has no live demo call; its sample call is a recording. In a meeting, we may let you try a live call with a demo AI assistant on our device, through a private link that is not published. If you do, your voice is processed in real time so the assistant can answer, and a text transcript of the conversation is created.
- Calls, chats and messages with a venue's AI assistant. This can include your phone number or messaging handle, what you say or type, booking details you give (dates, party size, a child's first name or age that a parent shares for a party), and the time and length of the conversation.
- Text and email marketing records. For guests who opt in, the venue's records of the consent (when, how and what wording was shown), the phone number or email address, and opt-out requests.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider logs standard request details (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set cookies.
We do not ask for payment card numbers in calls, chats or texts, and our AI assistants are instructed not to collect them.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, give you a venue check or quote, and run the service you or a venue signed up for.
- To let a venue's AI assistant answer guests, take booking and party requests, send confirmations and reminders, and pass conversations to venue staff.
- To send texts and emails only to people who agreed to receive them, and to honor opt-outs.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use guests' information to market our own services to them.
AI calls and chats
AI assistants that we run introduce themselves as AI assistants at the start of a call or chat. Staff can take over when needed.
Calls and chats are processed by service providers that we use for speech recognition, voice, AI language processing and telephone connections. They may transcribe the conversation and process it to produce answers. They act for us under contract and may not use the information for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
- Private demo calls: audio is not recorded. Transcripts are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Venue AI assistants: audio recording is off by default. Transcripts and call details are kept for 30 days or less, unless the venue's written agreement with us sets a different period or the law requires longer.
- Emails and form submissions sent to us: kept while we are discussing or providing services, and deleted on request unless we must keep them for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
- Text consent and opt-out records: kept as long as the venue texts that number and for a reasonable period afterward to prove consent and honor opt-outs.
Text messages (SMS)
- Each venue texts only guests who opted in to that venue's messages. Consent given to one venue applies to that venue only. It is not shared with or used by any other venue, and we do not use it for our own marketing.
- Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything.
- Message frequency varies by program and is stated when you sign up. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from that venue, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
- We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or text opt-in and consent information, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver the messages for the venue.
Marketing emails sent through our service go only to people the venue may lawfully email, identify the sender, and include a working unsubscribe link that is honored promptly.
Instagram and other messaging apps
If a venue uses our assistant for Instagram or similar direct messages, it replies to messages and comments that people send to the venue, within the time limits set by the app. To delete messaging data we hold, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and the account or handle you used. We will confirm when it is done.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our forms do not store anything in your browser. Our analytics tool is cookie-free. If this changes, we will update this policy first.
Who we share information with
- The venue you contacted, for guest conversations and bookings.
- Service providers that host the site, run voice, AI, telephone, texting and email delivery, and store data for us, only as needed to provide the service.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our legal rights.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, with this policy continuing to apply.
Children
Our service is for businesses, and our website is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Party bookings are made by adults. A parent may share a child's first name or age so the venue can plan the party, and we use it only for that. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We will honor them where they apply, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our response.
Security
We limit access to people who need it, use encrypted connections, use service providers with strong security practices, and keep data only as long as described above. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give extra notice.
